Terms of Service
Using the service
BestGroupShot lets signed-in users select expressions from their own related photos and create a group-photo composite. Editing is free after sign-in; standard downloads may use credits shown at checkout. A successful redirect or preview is not proof of payment or an entitlement to an export.
Your photos and permissions
You keep ownership of your photos. You give us the limited permission needed to process them for the requested service. You must have the rights, permissions, and consent needed to upload and edit every person shown. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, or misleading synthetic media.
Service limits
Results depend on the source photos. The tool does not promise a successful result for every pose, lighting condition, obstruction, or detection outcome. You should review the protected preview and final export before sharing it. Local browser recovery is a convenience, not a backup service.
Payments and support
Credits, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the pricing and refund information shown at purchase and by applicable law. Contact hi@bestgroupshot.com if a charge or export does not work as described.
Subscription allowances and recommendation rewards
Subscription credits refresh monthly; unused credits do not roll over. Annual billing also provides monthly allowances, not a freely spendable yearly balance. Turning off renewal preserves the paid period; remaining subscription credits expire when it ends. One-time credits are separate. New accounts receive 5 signup credits. While the recommendation campaign is enabled, an eligible original public post may earn 5 additional credits. One reward per identity and social author across Reddit and X; posts and links must remain public for 30 days. Sharing permission covers review text or faithful translations, nickname and post link on our site and official social accounts, not screenshots, photos or paid advertising. Rewards do not require a positive review. Permission can be withdrawn without reclaiming credits.
Invitation links and campaign emails
Invitation links and public posts are separate reward campaigns and may be combined. Opening or copying a sharing panel and subscribing to emails earn no credits. Valid visits require five seconds of foreground visibility and server verification; qualifying rewards arrive immediately, subject to identity, deduplication, limits, budget and campaign dates shown on the reward page. Each invited new user who registers and verifies their identity earns the inviter 2 credits. Payments earn no invitation rewards. Previously awarded rewards remain recorded; any successful refund of a historically rewarded first order, or confirmed fraud, reverses the corresponding reward once. Insufficient one-time credits create a recovery amount offset against future sharing rewards; subscription credits are not used and balances do not become negative.
